Are you worried that your child is not talking or is difficult to understand? Is he or she still on a long waiting list for public speech language services?
Are you having trouble communicating since your stroke?
Are you concerned that your accent is causing people to misunderstand you?
One in ten individuals has a communication disorder. Such disorders can affect how people learn and their ability to interact with others on a daily basis. Speech-Language Pathologists evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
The earlier a communication disorder is detected and treated, the better the prognosis.

For both the preschool and school-age populations. Wiebke will work with the child and the parent as a team and "coach" them through issues such as Articulation disorders, Phonological disorders, Stuttering, Language difficulties, and Voice disorders.
Wiebke will provide evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, as well as, consultation with other professionals in speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
After an individual has learned English, often an accent remains that makes a person difficult to understand. Our program continues where traditional ESL programs leave off.
